Often, it can be just a temporary plan to execute. It’s used to ensure the site remains available when making certain DNS changes, especially when changing NameServers.
How to Disable QUIC.cloud CDN
Follow this checklist to disable QUIC.cloud CDN and empty its cache.
- Important Operational Note: Be aware that your site will become unavailable publicly if using the QUIC.cloud’s NameServers for this CDN, and you are now disabling the CDN.
- Logon to https://my.quic.cloud.
- Ensure you are in the default top menu item “My Domains”.
- On the displayed list of domains, tap on the applicable domain.
- Click on <CDN> from any menu.
- Go to <CDN Config> | <QUIC.cloud CDN>.
- Scroll down to “Cache Settings”.
- Click to <Purge All CDN Cache>.
- Scroll up just above section labeled “Cache Settings”.
- Look to far right of frame and click on red option to <Disable CDN>.
- Respond to prompts appropriately.
