Now, with an established VPS you have configured, using DirectAdmin, you’re ready for WordPress.
Site Guides to Make WordPress Site(s) in Phases
Here is the foundation of a fully operational and manageable system of 1 or more WordPress sites. These phases will give you a very low-cost and high performance, stable system. You are in full control. So, follow these phases in this order for maximum achievement.
Phase 1: DirectAdminVPS.com
You are here now. This site is your starting phase ready to plan and create a hosted unmanaged VPS and configure it with DirectAdmin web control panel and high performance OpenLiteSpeed. Also, you’ll be fully operational with 1 or more domains using established SSL for certs, initial firewall & security, Mail established, and Domain Management with DNS & authoritative nameservers. Then, proceed to phase 2 to install WordPress for your base starting site.
Phase 2: WordPressSoftaculous.com
This is your next phase. It’s new to this suite of site guides and is pending development, starting in April, 2026. This is a shorter phase that provides an extreme time-saver. At WordPressSoftaculous.com, you’ll see the easy steps of auto-installing a very customized setup of WordPress, chosen plugins, theme(s) and/or your selected theme builder. You’ll also see some initial, immediate security enhancements extremely easy to tap & set. Finally, you’ll have access to some installation settings normally not seen by standard WordPress quick installers. Finally, the bonus feature shows you how to manage updates from one dashboard. So, the next phase is to choose and implement a theme builder (aka site builder). There is more than one option for this phase but, you only choose one to implement.
Phase 3: Option1. WordPressBricks.com
This is an option to setup your WordPress site using Bricks Builder as your theme & theme builder. It’s also under early development and will be covering many easy-to-follow checklists to have a fully functioning, high performance site. It’s extremely popular and has lots of documentation, checklists, and guidance on setting up an entire site.
Phase 3: Option 2. WordPressEtch.com
Alternatively, this is an option to setup your WordPress site using Etch as your theme builder. This guiding site is anticipated to begin development in the fall of 2026, at the earliest. This is the latest, trending and very popular site builder. It changes the paradigm for WordPress sites. Also, because of its pioneering in technology usage & infrastructure changes, it involves a lot of changing to standard, past thinking on site development. It works directly with the WordPress base so, it’s not bound to a theme. It involves more coding than other common site builders.
